Where the code meets the ledger

Elleona Limited is based at Lake View in Doncaster and works across four registered activities: business and domestic software development (SIC 62012), information technology consultancy (SIC 62020), accounting (SIC 69201) and bookkeeping (SIC 69202).

That combination is unusual on purpose. A great many problems that arrive labelled “the accounts are wrong” are really a system recording the wrong thing, and a great many software projects go sideways because nobody asked how the output would be accounted for. Doing both means we can follow a number from where it is captured to where it is reported.

Every engagement is scoped in writing first — what we will do, what it will cost and what is outside it. For accounting and bookkeeping that means an engagement letter; for software it means a specification you can actually read.

If a piece of work needs someone registered or authorised for it and we are not, we will tell you plainly and point you to someone who is.
